NUMA is a global network of innovation and training programs present in eight different countries. NUMA plays an important role as is a builder of “future-proof” organizations and tech startups by making change happen faster with greater impact. As a historical player in the French technological and innovative ecosystem, through its varied offers of programs, NUMA fosters corporate innovation.

My achievements were mainly focused on accompanying the Program Managers, to support companies and people in the digital transformation through the creation of tailor-made programs that respond to innovation challenges. I worked on varied projects within design-thinking trainings, hackathons, learning expeditions, innovation seminars, and bootcamps to help discover, inspire, federate and mobilize NUMA’s clients. As a result,  enhancing an acculturation move towards a more digital world among our customers. But also to help change and build the necessary culture to make them face the innovation requirements.
